User guide — PosCaisse🔗
Welcome to the complete guide for PosCaisse, the PaderfSuite touchscreen register for running a food-service point of sale: order taking, product customization, payment processing, kitchen printing, customer receipts, reports and closure.
This guide walks you through everything from installation to daily service. It is designed to be read by everyone: the manager who configures the register, the manager who monitors activity, and the cashier who has to serve quickly, without getting lost in complicated screens.
How to read this guide🔗
The guide follows the natural usage journey, organized around two reading profiles — Admin & Cashier (the register handles 5 roles):
-
Part A — Admin journey
You configure the register from A to Z: company information, categories, products, customizations, custom POS screen, then connecting printers and the drawer.
-
Part B — Cashier journey
You use the register every day: take an order, take payment in cash or by card, hold a receipt, refund, and run the end-of-day closure.
-
Part C — Advanced administration
The details of each administration screen: employees, suppliers, stock, reports, multi-register networking, licenses, backup, and more.
-
Appendices
Glossary of terms, troubleshooting common problems, permissions index and a module summary.
