Module summary🔗
PaderfSuite is modular: your license activates a base core, then optional modules unlock additional features. This page summarizes the modules of the ecosystem and what they bring.
Where modules are managed
All modules are activated and tracked from the E2. Licenses & modules screen, through PosAdmin activation (linking → requesting modules → installation).
The modules🔗
| Module | What it unlocks |
|---|---|
| POSCaisse Core | The POS core: order taking and checkout at the counter. The indispensable base. |
| Back-office | Access to PosBackOffice: managing the menu, stock, reports and administration remotely. |
| Online orders | Publishing the menu and promo codes online, and receiving web/app orders. Without this module, the Publish online buttons stay unavailable. |
| Local Multi-POS | Several POS terminals in the same outlet, with consolidated revenue on the dashboard and a per-POS breakdown in sales. |
| Multi-devices | Pairing companion devices to the POS (PDA, kiosk, shared screen) and managing them. |
| Customer kiosk | The PosBorne self-service kiosk and the configuration of its welcome (attract) screen. |
| Shared server screen | The PosShared shared screen for order taking by servers on the floor. |
| External mini-server | An external server complementing the main POS (infrastructure role). |
| Cloud backup | Encrypted backups hosted at PaderfSuite (storage, retention, download) and inter-outlet stock transfers. |
Modules and limits
Some modules also define limits (number of PDAs, kiosks, kitchen screens, POS terminals). These limits are visible on the E2. Licenses & modules screen.
The PaderfSuite applications🔗
The modules translate into applications, each with its role:
