The current BackOffice can create and edit employees, reset PINs, archive or reactivate accounts and review performance. These actions require employee-management permissions.

Enlarge screenshotFind an employee
Open Employees, then Team. Counters distinguish total, active, archived and administrator accounts. Use search and the Role and Status filters. Each row shows identity, access, status and last login.
Create or edit an account
Click Add employee.
Enter first name, last name and role, then contact details and hourly rate when needed.
Set and confirm an initial PIN of 4 to 6 digits, different from other employees’ PINs.
Save, wait for success and find the account in the list.
To edit, open the row’s pencil action. Check role and contact details before saving. PIN reset is a separate action.
Reset the PIN
Open the account’s PIN action, enter and confirm the new code, then validate. PINs are not displayed in the list. If the account is linked to database encryption, follow the register’s message: changing the PIN may require updating that protection.
Archive or reactivate
Archiving disables access while retaining history. Open the row’s action, read the confirmation and validate. To reactivate, filter archived accounts and use the reactivation action. The system protects the last active administrator, prevents self-deactivation and restricts accounts with an open cash session. Resolve the displayed restriction before continuing.
Read performance
The Performance tab offers 7-, 30- and 90-day periods. Compare sales, transactions and average receipts within the displayed period. A last login records access to the software and does not alone prove sales activity.
Handle conflicts
If another change occurred, refresh the account and review its values before retrying. Correct an email or PIN already in use. After a connection interruption, search for the account before retrying creation to avoid duplicates.
