Count: choose a small area, stabilise its movements, then physically count it. Review discrepancies before approval; uncounted does not automatically mean absent.
Transfer: specify origin, destination and quantities. Dispatch and receipt are separate steps; keep discrepancies visible.
Replenishment prepares movement from reserve to shelf. A suggestion does not move stock until validated.
Example
Expected stock is 12 units, but you count 10: enter 10 as the counted quantity, not −2. Review the discrepancy before approval. Use replenishment rather than a count to fill a shelf from reserve.
Check before confirming
Check the area and counted unit. Enter zero only after checking that the item is absent. Follow the required stabilisation and controls. Dispatched transfers are not yet received; check missing or damaged items before closing.
Access and scope
Retail sections require a compatible selected register and the necessary modules and permissions. Check the store and register first. Local access does not always expose these sections; use the connection mode intended for your installation. Missing access does not mean the food-service catalog should be used instead.
