POSBackOffice is PaderfSuite’s web management interface. Open it in a desktop or tablet browser to access your establishment’s authorized data and functions.
Local or cloud connection
For local access, open the BO address supplied for your installation on the register’s network. The register and its server must be available. For cloud access, use your organization’s address and account, then select the relevant store and register. The screens available may differ between modes.
Do not infer where data is stored simply because the interface runs in a browser. Local operations, synchronization, cloud services and backups follow your installation’s configuration.
What you can manage
Catalog: categories, products, prices, options and online publication where authorized.
Kitchen and stock: ingredients, recipes, preparations, suppliers, purchases, movements, inventories and waste.
Business activity: orders, sales, floor service, reservations, reports and exports.
Administration: employees, permissions, settings, licenses, backups and devices.
Additional business functions: bakery and retail, according to profile, modules and capabilities exposed by the register.
A change saved in the BO can affect the register in service. Check the selected store and save result. After an interruption, read the current state before repeating a receipt, correction or other data-changing operation.
Get familiar with the interface
The sidebar groups functions. Select your language, then use each screen’s filters and search. Employee permissions remain enforced. If a screen is missing or access is denied, check permissions, business activity and connection mode.
Traceability reports and exports do not constitute NF525 certification: it has not been obtained.
