The menu depends on permissions, the selected register and its modules. Any one permission in a row grants access to the screen; editing actions keep their own checks. Retail and bakery features also require a compatible activity.
Separate viewing from editing
Viewing stock does not allow editing it. Managing the floor plan does not replace permission to release paid tables. Even the Admin role may require explicit rights. Save a policy change and verify access with the affected role.
