Lots and losses guide

Choose a tab, prepare the filters, then click Apply. Editing filters does not change stock. Available actions depend on permissions, modules and register state.

Detailed manuals and practical procedures for all eight activities. Available functions depend on your installation’s profile, modules and permissions.

Lots and dates

Find an item or lot, then filter by status, alert and dates. Check the location and quantities before taking action.

Manage shows the actions permitted for that lot. A reason and confirmation are required. Quarantining a lot is not recording a loss: for an actual loss, use the corresponding action and enter its quantity and reason.

Recalls

Browse active or resolved recalls and open View to inspect affected sales, receipts and stock.

Exact means the lot was scanned. Presumed is based on stock allocation and does not prove which customer received the lot.

Resolving a recall requires the relevant permissions and register balance checks; it does not delete the document.

Waste and corrections

Filter losses by item, document, reason, status and dates. Open View for details and available authorization information. Costs are visible only with the corresponding permission.

A validated loss is not erased: an authorized correction creates a traceable compensation. If a connection failure leaves an action’s result uncertain, retry the same request as instructed on screen.

Access and scope

Retail sections require a compatible selected register and the necessary modules and permissions. Check the store and register first. Local access does not always expose these sections; use the connection mode intended for your installation. Missing access does not mean the food-service catalog should be used instead.
