POSCaisse is PaderfSuite’s Android register. It brings together sales, payments, receipts, cash control and store administration.

Choose your business workflow

  • Restaurant / Snack and Café: food catalog, options, table service, kitchen tickets and checkout.

  • Bakery: counter sales, scheduled customer orders, deposits and production, depending on enabled modules.

  • General retail and Clothing / Footwear: products, variants, barcodes, purchasing and retail inventory.

  • Grocery, Convenience store and Supermarket: food retail catalog and store tools, units, PLU, lots and dates, depending on granted capabilities.

Use the business filter in the library to find relevant chapters. Food-service profiles can be combined; a retail profile has its own workflow. Changing profiles does not automatically convert existing products or stock. Hotel is not documented as an available feature: development is ongoing.

Prepare a working register

  1. Activate the license and check the store, business activities and granted modules.

  2. Set up employees and permissions, then the catalog for your business.

  3. Build the sales screen with the widgets you need. The editor catalog covers 12 groups; availability depends on permissions and version.

  4. Configure and test the peripherals you actually use, then record stock through the appropriate workflow.

  5. On your demonstration register, check a full workflow: opening, sale, payment, receipt, cash check and closing.

Handle daily sales

The cart contains items, quantities and options. Authorized actions include holding and resuming orders, applying discounts, taking payment, finding receipts and handling corrections. Recorded payments and drawer operations must reflect actual money movements.

Understand local operation

The register stores the data needed for its operations locally. Authorized local sales can continue without Internet. Cloud services, external bank payments and communication with other devices retain their own connection requirements. An offline printer leaves jobs to check in the print queue; it is not a reason to record another sale.

Manage and protect data

Admin groups catalog, service, stock, team, hardware and settings according to business activity. The BO provides browser access with the required permissions. Keep verified backups outside the device and store encryption recovery material separately.

Signatures, transaction chaining, closing reports and the audit log support traceability. NF525 certification has not been obtained.
