The Admin menu (overview)

Open Administration from the register or cash-session opening dialog. Overview shows accessible cards. Choose a group or search for a function; search covers all authorized groups. Use Show all groups to return to the full view.

Tap the star on a card to find it in your favorites. Access follows employee permissions and register modules.

Food-service catalog and stock are distinct from Retail functions. Bakery, Retail, purchasing, offers, returns or lot cards appear according to profile and modules. A missing result can be caused by filters, configuration or permissions; it does not prove data was deleted.
