Discover POSCaisse
POSCaisse is PaderfSuite’s Android register. It brings together sales, payments, receipts, cash control and store administration.
PaderfSuite ecosystem and modules
The license determines the functions granted to your register. Selected business activity, employee permissions, version and hardware configuration then determine what can be used.
Register activity and employee role
The activity adapts the catalog, sales screen and business features. The role defines a person’s permissions. Changing one does not replace configuring the other.
Prepare the register and peripherals
POSCaisse runs on an Android terminal compatible with your installation. This guide’s captures come from a SUNMI D3 PRO with a 1920 × 1080 main display. Connectors, readers and secondary displays…
License activation
Before any use, a new register must be activated . Activation installs the license that unlocks the core module (and the optional modules). Until the register is activated, PosCaisse only displays…
Initial configuration & login
Right after activation, PosCaisse asks you to create the first Admin account and, if you wish, to encrypt the database . Then, you log in with your PIN code at each session opening.
Company settings

Define the customizations
The customizations are the choices offered at the time of sale: remove an ingredient ("no onion"), add an extra ("+cheddar"), require a mandatory choice ("which sauce?") or suggest a side.…
Configure the POS screen
The POS screen editor is a visual drag-and-drop editor: a widget palette on the left, a layout preview in the center, and appearance settings. You build the custom sales interface.
Configure the peripherals
Once the menu and the POS screen are ready, the hardware still needs to be connected: receipt printer(s), kitchen printer(s), cash drawer, and the other peripherals. This is where you declare each…
Configure the floor plan
The floor plan lets you represent your areas and tables in PosCaisse. It serves dine-in service: the cashier can attach an order to a table, see the occupied tables, transfer an order and better…
