Prices, promotions and loyalty
Price lists: create a list, then a campaign for the relevant items. Check the effective date before approval.
Organise stock locations
Create a location for each useful area: sales floor, reserve or quarantine. Use a recognisable code and a name understood by the team.
Bundles, services and deposits
A bundle groups items sold together. Explicitly choose component stock, bundle stock or no stock tracking.
Purchasing and receiving
First link suppliers to purchased items and packaging. Check units, net/gross cost and tax.

Returns, exchanges and credit notes
Find the receipt and remaining returnable quantities. Original discounts remain included.
Read product codes
A product code identifies an item or packaging. A scale label may also contain a weight or price.
